Come have a go at making your very own cardboard automata with me as I join Canopy at the Mitcheldean Festival. Drop-in participants can choose from a selection of designs, colour them in, build the automata out of pre-prepared materials, which you can then take home with you.
You can see examples of cardboard automata on the cardboard automata workshops page. Visit the Workshops page to find out more about other workshops I offer.
Lots of lovely people had a go at making their very own Forest of Dean themed cardboard automata with me at West Dean ArtsFEST, an event organised by Canopy. Drop-in participants chose from a selection of designs, coloured them in, built the automata out of pre-prepared materials, which they then took home with them. Visit canopynetwork.co.uk/westdean-artsfest/ to find out more about the event. Thank you to everyone for participating, and many thanks to Canopy for hosting this wonderful community event.

On Saturday the 17th of January I had a stall at Newent Markets. It was a dry but cold day, and Onika Venus was playing as part of the celebrations to mark Newent's 800th anniversary as a market town, which was wonderful. As my first stall in Newent, I had no idea what to expect, but everyone was really welcoming and I even made a sale! As the first market of the year, I was really pleased and I'm look forward to more Newent Market days in the coming months.
On the 7th and 8th of November 2025 I had a stall of my print based work at the INKED festival of print.
Above you can see my stall set up. The event was really well attended, full of activites and highly successful. As it was my first print fair I was unsure what to expect, but I had so much fun and can't wait to do another one.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by my stall for a chat and to buy my work, it was really lovely to meet you and talk together about all things print and beyond.
If you missed it but would like to buy my prints, my remaining work is available here on my website, see Printmaking or visit my Shop.
The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley Review published a two page spread on the event here.
